- 92+ Punkte Robert Parkers WINE ADVOCATE, Stephan Reinhardt: "The NV Assemblage Brut Accord Majeur assembles 65% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir and is based on the 2011 vintage, with 20% reserve wines in the solera since 1998. Disgorged in October 2017 with a dosage of five grams per liter, the Accord Majeur offers a clear, elegant and spicy cherry aroma along with some smoky notes. Round and full-bodied, this is a rather smooth cuvée compared to the energetic 2013 Perceval. The finish is pure, fresh and tensioned, with good grip, freshness and persistency. Tasted at the domaine in April 2018."

Offering up expressive aromas of waxy citrus fruit, pear and nectarine, complemented by hints of freshly baked bread and warm biscuits, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, its generous core of fruit girdled by brisk acids and enlivened by a pillowy mousse. Concluding with a chalky finish, this is drinking brilliantly out of the gates but should also age with grace.“

Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and charming, its generous core of fruit is underpinned by lively acids, and there's a nice interplay of youthful freshness from the 2013 base with sapid complexity from the reserve wines—derived from a solera established in 1998. This is already drinking well."
