Anmerkung: Der Weinberg für den Nace la Sierra wird nach und nach neu bepflanzt um die Anlage für die Zukunft fit zu machen. So wird die Pflanzdichte erhöht und schwächelnde Reben ersetzt. Das führt zu Veränderungen der Rebsortenanteile der Bepflanzung. Tasted blind. A very delicate nose, handled with great subtlety. Generic red fruit, cherry and kirsch, with hints of hay, clove and black tea. On the palate, it is smooth, with an airy tannin structure and a red-fruit character, finishing with earthy tea notes on the back palate. I would place this wine stylistically somewhere between Pinot Noir and a delicate Garnacha from Gredos – an airy profile with a subtle dried-flower note on the finish.
