Costumbres bedeutet „Tradition“ oder „Gewohnheit“ und ist der Hauptwein des Weinguts mit einer Produkitonsmenge von ca. 1200 Kisten, ein Regionswein der Rioja Oriental aus den Weinbergen Salobral (Rincón de Soto) Mazaterón (Aldeanueva) Butrago (Autol), Planas Altas (Alfaro) und Cantarral (Alfaro); 95% Garnacha und andere lokale Rebsorten wie Tinta Velasco oder Tempranillo; klassische Buschreben, keine Bewässerung, bis zu 45 Jahre alte Reben, 350-600 m Seehöhe, kalkhaltige Böden; Handlese in kleine Kisten von 2. bis 20. September; Ganztraubengärung, Ausbau für 11 Monate in 3000 l französischen Eichenholzfässern und in Betonbehälter, unfiltriert abgefüllt; 14,5 % vol;

- Notizen des Weinguts: „Region Wine that represents the southernmost part of La Rioja Oriental. It consists of the mixture of wines from the different plots which is located in the villages of Aldeanueva, Alfaro, Calahorra, Rincón de Soto and Autol. The soils are formed by calcium horizons and the main variety is Garnacha. The wine is made by stepped on the clusters and is kept in the cellar for one year until bottling. It is a light wine, with the typical character of La Rioja Oriental and the smoothness of the Garnacha with a shallow aging.
