Hier prägen beständige, kühle Brisen, intensive Sonneneinstrahlung und steinige Böden die Vegetationsperiode. All diese Faktoren tragen dazu bei, dass die Trauben gleichermaßen konzentriert und frisch sind. Im Weingut wird auf natürliche Hefen gesetzt und vollständig auf jegliche Zusätze oder Entnahmen verzichtet.
