 - 95 Punkte DECANTER "Great value Champagne made by growers", Simon Field: "Fulsome colour and temperamentally big-boned , this is an impressive example. The six grams of residual sugar finely knit into a texture of ripe, red-berried fruit. The finish has an ethereal poise, brought down to earth by just a hint of spice. TH: Immediately vital in the mouth. Very chewy and demanding, a serious champagne but pretty exciting. Citrus character but with complex fruit and a pretty lingering finish. I like this!"

- 92 Punkte, VINOUS, Anne Krebiehl MW (11/2023): „The NV Extra Brut Platine Premier Cru is a blend of 68% Pnot Nor, 27% Cgardonnay and 7% Pinot Meunier across the vintages of 2013,2014,2015 and 2016 picked in Ecueuil, Villers Allerand and Bouzy. The nose is slightly reduced opening into a note of dard honey and russet apple. Very fine mousse on a rounded body is emmediately apparent on the Pinot-led palate that sill smolders with reductife smokiness. Yet there is flow and ease to the body, beautiful chalky depth and rye bread autolysis. Resonant, classy, elegant. Dosage is 3,5 gr/l. Disgorged: Frebruary, 2022.  Drinking Window: 2023-2030“

The wine is rich while well balanced and ripe. Now with just the right amount of bottle aging, it is full in the mouth, showing attractive apple and ripe pear flavors. The aftertaste is soft and fresh."
