The medium to full-bodied palate is softly textured and well-poised, featuring gentle black fruit and savory layers, finishing on a mineral note."

I actually prefer the palate that has good grip, plenty of substance with a touch of black pepper on the aftertaste. If the aromatics muster more refinement it will land at the top of my banded score."
