Notizen des Weinguts:	GRAPE VARIETIES Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Merlot 30% VINIFICATION & AGEING: * A culture of perfection and excellence, developed within his carpentry business, and transferred to the vineyard * Vines of an average age of 60 years and a planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare, * Work of the utmost precision in the vineyard: Yohan’s father still insists on pruning the vines himself and Yohan makes the most of the expertise and helpful advice provided by the neighbouring classified growths, * A manual harvest with the help of friends and family, using small crates with careful sorting of the clusters, then the berries and, most importantly, ending with a celebratory gathering of over 40 guests around the table, * 18 months’ ageing in 100% French oak barrels, a third of which are new. TASTING NOTE This is a 4,500-bottle micro-cuvée with a story, so it can also be called a garage wine. A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, beautifully balanced, dense, fresh, fruity and fine, it is a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth yet has good ageing potential. Deep garnet in colour, the nose is fruity and delicate, full of red and black fruits with notes of tobacco and chocolate. The attack is clean, dense, subtle and opulent on the palate with wonderful precision and great length on the finish.
