Couhins Lurton
Die Wurzeln des Chateaus reichen zurück bis ins späte 17. Jahrhundert. 1992 kaufte Andre Lurton das Anwesen und begann 1998 alles komplett zu renovieren bis dann im September 2002 die ersten Rotwein-Trauben im neuen Keller gekeltert wurden.

12 Hektar Weinberge sind mit roten Rebsorten bestockt (77% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon), 5,5 Hektar sind allein mit Sauvignon Blanc bestockt.
Der Rotwein wird in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks vergoren und reift für 12 Monate in Eichenfässern (40% neu), der Weißwein wird in Eichenfässern vinifiziert.
