- 100 Punkte JEB DUNNUCK: „Another perfect wine from Jim Binns is the 2019 No 8, a blend of 88% Syrah, 9% Mourvèdre, and 3% Viognier. This full-bodied powerhouse of a wine has that rare mix of richness and elegance as well as a stunning array of red, blue, and black fruits along with notes of ground pepper, violets, and spring flowers. The balance is as good as it gets, it has ultra-fine tannins, and again, a mix of power and finesse that's something to behold. It's unquestionably approachable today yet should benefit from a few years of bottle age and keep for 15+.“

Bewertungen für den Jahrgang 2018:

- 97-100 Punkte JEB DUNNUCK: „A blend of 86% Syrah, 12% Mourvèdre, and the rest Viognier, 50% destemmed, the 2018 No 7 comes from a mix of top vineyards in Santa Barbara County and will spend 22 months in 65% new French oak. Inky hued, with a killer nose of bacon fat, charcoal, ground pepper, smoked game, and both black and blue fruits, it's deep and full-bodied, offering incredible purity of fruit, building tannins, and a great finish. It's another brilliant, brilliant wine in the making that's unquestionably in the same league as the 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Don't miss it.“

Bewertungen für den Jahrgang 2017:

- 96-98+ Punkte Robert Parkers WINE ADVOCATE, Lisa Perrotti-Brown: „Composed of 92% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre and 3% Viognier, using 40% whole cluster, the Andremily 2017 No. 6 is sourced from White Hawk, Larner, Harrison-Clarke, Watch Hill and Alta Mesa Vineyards. To be bottled mid-August 2019, it will spend around 22 months in French oak barriques, 60% new.
Deep garnet-purple, the nose is already singing at this nascent stage, giving up loads of bright blackberries, crushed red and black plums and mulberries scents with Indian spices, cardamom, Sichuan pepper and dusty soil plus a waft of wild thyme. Full-bodied and firm, with a refreshing line cutting through the densely packed black fruit layers, it has wonderfully ripe, rounded tannins and a long finish.“

- 95 Punkte VINOUS, Antonio Galloni: „The 2017 Andremily No. 6 is just as gorgeous from bottle as it was from barrel. A rush of red/purplish berry fruit, mocha, espresso, wild flowers and new French oak gives the 2017 its exuberant personality. At this stage, the 2017 very much reflects the warmth of the growing season in its ripe profile. I would cellar it a few years to allow the oak to integrate a bit more fully. The 2017 is a blend from White Hawk, Larner, Harrison-Clarke, Watch Hill and Alta Mesa. It spent around 22 months in French oak, with 60% new barrels.“
